Oliver, our Head Technician and Managing Director, had a flare for IT from an early age. He starting working in the industry over 15 years ago. He wanted to create a company that made IT services easy and affordable so he started Quick Computer Services. He now manages a team of dedicated employees.

Make sure your IT provider is available face-to-face (either in store or on-site) the first time you use their services. People keep a lot of sensitive information on their computer and we've heard too many stories of scammers installing remote login software without ever meeting the customer.

Q: How much do you cost?  A: We have no call-out fee and we only cost $49.95 for the first 30 minute diagnostic. If it goes over that, we charge in 15 minute increments to keep the cost low.  Q: How soon can you come out? A: If you request a job in the morning we can usually offer same-day service.

- Be sure to have your usernames and passwords for your emails and other services as this saves a lot of time. - Once you've had a technician come out to you, you can request to be put on our remote server system so we can log in remotely for future jobs.
