Quantum Home Improvements & Solutions is insured with work cover, public liability with a certificate of currency and I have personal insurance which in total gives my clients peace of mind. On top of that all our work is guaranteed and is regulated by Office of Fair Trading.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I decided to get into my line of work after working in different fields and industries, finding that I had a flare for renovating. This allowed me to combine all my skills and apply them.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I have many good stories to tell about my customer experiences but the one that comes to minds is a lady who desperately wanted to renovate her bathroom but her husband didn't want to spend the money. However, after deliberating he gave in and let her have her way. In the end when the work was completed the wife was so happy with the result but funny enough was over shadowed by her husband joy to see the old dilapidated room transformed into something pleasing to the eye.

What do you like most about your job?

I love my job because of the esthetic aspect which gives me a great amount of satisfaction, especially when I see the reaction of my clients after a transformation is completed.

Before entering any contract with a service provider people should always check whether they have insurance, they are licensed to carry out the scope of work on offer and check the credibility and ethics of that person before making a decision, remembering not be driving with emotion only.

The most common question clients ask me is "what do I think of their ideas for improving their home and is there a better solution" and in most cases I found that they are close to the mark in what would work for them with me filling in the gaps and giving a complete concept.

I have been in business for myself since 2001 in both the window coverings and building trade and my website is a testimony to my reliability and trustworthy business ethics.

I have found with most products or services that you can always find someone that can provide it cheaper. However, that is usually due to compromising on quality. I am competitive on my pricing when it comes to value for money and will not cut corners.

My services are normally quoted as a complete job covering all scope of works. However, there are times when that is not practical and I need to charge a standard $65.00 hourly fee for my services.

I don't think there is any one particular aspect that stands out in my business, rather I focus on the complete package making sure everything is done to a high level of workmanship while focusing on a good level of customer service for my client.

I have a life time of experience in the building trade holding a carpenters and renovations license. Plus have had extensive experience in the window covering industry. collectively they have given me a wide scope of ideas, flair for product and colours.
