  Do not use this trade. I engaged to shave a door to make it close properly , install 3 door stops and change the door closes (latched that keep wardrobe doors closed) on a property that I have just renovated. These few items were supposed to be the last. House was painted the week before and carpark laid the day before he came. He shaved the door in lounge room on my new carpet leaving wood dust all though my apartment, on walls, doors and floors. The door closers that he used do not work at all and not one of the doors now close. When he shaved the doors he took a massive chuck off the top of the door. He has chipped the paint of property in multiple arears. All of his lack of care and inability to perform handyman duties hast cost me over $700 on repairs and $740 in lost revenue due to the delay of the property being leased. He asked a 40% deposit which he has not returned to me and has not paid for any of the invoices raised due to his incompetence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
