The worst thing about this terrible company is that the carpet absolutely STINKS now. I was told that they use organic products. Goodness knows what products they use. It is disgusting. I come home and my house smells bad. Of course, they pulled the line on me about needing 'deep cleaning' and tripled the quoted price. Then went outside to 'negotiate' with the office. It is all a scam, they do exactly the same thing as the $59 clean, and it smells disgusting once they are done.Jack

Due to circumstances i booked a steam carpet clean 1 day before my apartments handover. The quote provided to me was for approximately $90 but when the guy came over 20 minutes late (on a good note he called to let me know he was late), he said i should pay $144. Having no other option i didn't ask any further questions. When he left i measured the rooms my self and the amount paid per square meter had been correct, why are you quoting people that low though? to get more customers?get your numbers right, i wasn't prepared to pay that much. I was offered the option to pay cash or card and that i can give my card details so they will charge me from the office and send me the receipt that i am obliged to show my agent the next day. I chose to pay cash and the guy kept on saying i called them, you will get the receipt at your email straight away. Before he left the property i still didn't receive the receipt, he called again spoke in his own language and he told me they will send it to you this evening, if you have any issues call me. I called the guy at 5:30 PM asking him what is going on? i need to give this receipt to the agent at 9 AM tomorrow. He said i will call the office now and will send it to you tonight, they couldn't earlier because they were closed. At that point i knew it was all lies. Were they open at 6 pm on a Sunday but closed at 12 pm? lol. I also emailed the office but no response. Why don't you just tell me we will send it on Monday morning? and instead having me worrying about if i ever receive it? When the guy came in to clean i told him please give special attention to a few stains, he said i will do my best.I wouldn't mind paying more for them being removed. His best was to go over them with the vacuum instead of once, twice. Some stains were not removed and i was told there is nothing you can do about them. Do not believe the photos they post on their website, showing that stains have been removed. I asked should i try remove them? he said no you will make them worse. i bought some product to spray on top of stains, wiped with a cloth and in 10 minutes all the stains were magically gone. The next day just after 9 and on my way to the agent to drop keys, i got a call by them (Obviously read my email at that stage) saying we sent the email yesterday... It magically disappeared.. and we will sent another one now... This time my email seems to work... lol The receipt stated that some stains were permanent and couldn't be removed, since at the time i was at the agent's door i straight away forwarded the email to the agent. I didn't read that the receipt stated 'Permanent Stains' which made the agent want to charge me for carpet stains although they were removed by me eventually. The only reason i am not giving the lowest score, is that i appreciate that eventually i received the phone call and receipt. repliedPure N Bright Melbourne29 May 2018

We did send you the receipt on the same day but there was some system issue which is why you did not receive it. The stains were permanent which was explained to you by the technician. They had disappeared for sometime only after you tried to clean them with your detergent but if you go back there to see them you will find them still there.
