  I wished to thank Pulbrook Air and Abdul. Just had my heater installed last week and can't tell how happy I am with the job from start to finish. All of us just love the warm temperature that we now have at home while it's freezing outside here in Eltham. I'll be calling you again for cooling soon. Thank you so much.

  I had recently recommended Pulbrook Air to a friend. My friend had her split system broken down and a local handyman quoted more than $5000.00 for the entire work. That's when she contacted Pulbrook and had someone from the company look at the system that day. She was surprise to know that the quote was half the price. So the installation was carried out the next day. She was so ecstatic that I recommended Pulbrook to her!

  4 quotes received from different air con service providers. The last was from Pulbrook air and I was surprised by the rather young fellow who was knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile to close the deal. In the end, we decided to go with Pulbrook air and they had the system installed within 3 Days. I was fully satisfied with the service that they extended -- competent and very reliable.   I just had a ducted heater installed by Pulbrook Air. Four service crew came over to give me a quote but the young, tall man from Pulbrook Air was the only one who explained everything clearly. The installation went smoothly (as he promised) and even the small issue I had after the installation was resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend Pulbrook Air to my family and friends.

  We had requested Pulbrook Air to provide a quote for a ducted reverse cycle system (change over). We got 4 quotes from other Melbourne installers, but Pulbrook Air was the only company that took the time to look inside our roof and take photos which helped identify we required a full duct change. The investment was worth outlaying for the additional amount. Thank you so much Pulbrook. We will be recommending to our friends.
