  I’ve been dealing with Paul and Sandra for a number of years in relation to all aspects of my personal and business accounting and aso in relation to financial planning. PTM Partners are a joy to deal with! The advice is sound, practical and the advice is given in layman’s terms. The pricing is extremely reasonable with none of the clock watching that one would expect from most accountants in terms of taking calls and answering emails. I could not recommend them more highly.

• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia's premier accounting body) we are required to carry Professional Indemnity Insurance. We are also covered by a scheme that limits professional liability and which is approved by Professional Standards Legislation.

• What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

  The first most common question is the costs of our service. The answer is simply $115 for simple individual tax returns or else we charge $175.00 per hour for all other business or SMSF services. AND: Honestly, the most common question we are asked after clients have experienced our service is: a) Can I take some of your business cards to give out or b) Would you like some more business? .... because I have a friend that says .......... about his current accountant.
