• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I had never set foot in a gym until my late 30's. I was unhappy, overweight and had never exercised. I was lucky to find a personal trainer that completely changed my life. I lost 30+kgs and found that I actually enjoyed exercise and that I wanted to help other people do the same.

• What do you like most about your job?

  I love the fact that I get to help people on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. There is nothing better than to help people achieve their goals
