Probuild were hired to replace Guttering, we were told they had done plenty of this and knew what they were doing. This did not turn out to be the case, the work was 50% completed in a very amateur way, we had a professional company inspect it and the wrong type of gutter had been used that could cause water damage to our facia’s. They cut into our roof sheets and facia with grinders causing damage and rust stains on the roof, A $3000 deposit was paid , they have not responded to our request to refund the money and all of the work needs to be replaced, the 3K is waisted. a formal complaint has been lodged with the QBCCCindy W
