I got my first job at a Hotel and just enjoyed the freedom of being able to go into a room and work on my own...and as a team.

I love how rewarding it is. It's so inspiring to walk into different houses and see how they are all designed differently. I enjoy doing things for other's.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Can I get a quote on a 'so' and 'so' house? My response: " Firstly I need to know how many bathrooms, bedrooms, do you have any other rooms besides the lounge/dining/kitchen and laundry area? Also, do the walls need doing?"  Can you do it cheaper? My response: I would love to be able to do it cheaper for you but I have to factor in my travel, products and labour. The work I do is very taxing!  Do you clean blinds (of any sort?) My response: "I try to stay away from them, as I can't guarantee they will come out clean. I have also accidentally broken one or two in the past!....so no, the answer is no."  Do you clean windows? My response: "My quote will always include internal windows, but at an additional cost of $10 per window, I will clean external windows on ground floor."  Are carpets included too? My response: "I actually don't steam clean carpets sorry, I don't really gel with the machine. I do know someone who does them though." 🤣         Do you clean windows?

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I am painstakingly punctual to an annoyance ha ha. I sit in my car for at least 45 minutes prior to the job because I just love getting to places early. (Not really, I just never want to be late). I only take on jobs that I want to do and take pride in my work.

I charge depending on how many bedrooms, bathrooms or extra rooms the property may have. For example, there might be an extra toilet, extra lounge or study area.
