We are insured yes! We can only guarantee work that has been approved. If you have approved artwork that is wrong, we are not liable to replace or reprint, however we generally can help out with prices.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Personally I decided to get into print after a bad experience with Vistaprint. (We've all been down that road!) I decided because I got really crap quality business cards that was over priced. I wanted to provide a product to our customers that always had free shipping.

Typical things we need to know is what product you would like, the quantity and finishing. If it's a personalised product we just need to see the image or photo.

1) Make sure your artwork is correct! You don't want to go to print with spelling mistakes as from the printers prospective it's your artwork.  2) Make sure you check the printers quality through samples. You don't want a bad product 3) Get a written quote! Don't get pricing over the phone.

We are competitive because we have to be! If you put a cheaper written quote infront of us, we generally will find a way to beat it!   We are competitive in how we produce and source our products. We also have low margins offering great discounts to customers

Traditionally our General Manager has been know as "the Business Card King" but that's not we are specialising in.   Print Factory specialises in providing personalised print goods for our customers. We offer a couple of business products, but we make our bread and butter of personalised prints
