  I received transaction alert from the Bank when I paid Call out fees to the account provided in the invoice. But, I still paid the call-out fees after speaking with Prestt over the phone and confirming the details. However, to make matter worse, Prestt advised they would be available to work the following day and would provide details work estimate and quote for the rest of the work, the same day by night, if I am okay with it, they would start the work next day. But, After I paid the call-out fees, the scenario completely changed, they are now saying they are too busy and not available to do the work.
