  I came to Isaac at Prestige in July 2013, after doing a clean eating/working out twice a day challenge where I had lost 10kg in 10 weeks. I developed disordered eating and my body rebounded as I struggled to maintain the perfectionism the previous challenge had upheld. At Prestige I was taught in depth about how to use food as fuel and to improve not just my looks but also my health and performance. I learned about the importance of great sleep, minimising stress, and that sometimes training less can be more effective. I had the most amazing support from Isaac, the other trainers, and the “gym family” - a place I have met some of my best friends and my now fiancé. I’m now in such an amazing position where I look in the mirror and genuinely love my body, I am super proud of how fit and strong I am, and I am in absolutely the most healthy state I could possibly be in! The support, education, and friendly and inclusive vibe is second to none and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly - second home, second family!

  My experience with Prestige Fit has been nothing short of amazing. It’s a super cool gym with a great range of equipment, really great range of trainers and a super friendly and supportive community of members! My sister and I have been doing 2:1 PT with Isaac at Prestige since January and I honestly could not recommend enough. We genuinely look forward to each of our sessions and have loads of fun, while being put through a tough session. Isaac is super in tune with knowing when to push us that little bit harder and when to take a more supportive approach and his knowledge is extensive, not only in the PT space but with nutrition, Epigenetics profiling and really any questions we ever have! Highly highly recommend Prestige fit and all their services!

  Prestige-Fit is the gym I always wanted but could never find (until now). Not being super comfortable in a gym, this place has completely changed that. The approach to my fitness is helpful, non-judgmental, and in line with my values around health. The trainers are super knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what they do. The education in explaining ‘what’ and ‘why’ really makes a difference and I can’t speak highly enough of the community they’ve created there
