Premium Glass is insured for public liability damages of up to $5 million dollars. All work comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If the customer is unhappy for any reason not outside of our control we will actively work with you to resolve the issue.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always been entrigued by glass and the visual enhancement it can give to a building. While other mates leant toward plumbing & electrical I chose Glass and have never looked back. I find my work very satisfying and rewarding.

Just the other week actually I had a lady that needed a window replaced of the 2nd floor. She had been quoted just over $1000 to do the job from another company. I devised a plan that required me to replace it from the inside saving her close to $800.

Definitely the customer interaction. I'm very luck that I get to meet people from all different walks of life and help those in need. Whether it be repairing a window that has been smashed or installing a new Splashback it's always rewarding seeing the look of satisfaction upon the customers face.

Customers can either pay by cash, Cheque or bank deposit. Invoice will be sent to customer within 7 working days.
