When I adopted my reactive dog Sasha and needed to get help with her anxiety. I paid $650 for a zoom consult with a behaviourist plus $150 for each private training session. This became too expensive to continue. I thought there must be an affordable way so that every dog that has anxiety issues can receive help. So I studied, got my credentials, worked hard with lots of dogs and started Power Pooches! An easy to follow service that is affordable for every dog.

Power Pooches is Jake & Sasha, an average guy & my not so average dog, who crossed paths & became family. We both needed some help with anxiety issues, impulse control & reactivity. To get help was not easy or affordable & with so much information out there, it was also confusing. So I went on a research crusade & started a Dog care course. This then became Dog trainer & Animal care with Dog psychology. Professional help was also hired & combined & Sasha was on the way to becoming a confident, power pooch. Training Sasha gave me a purpose. I was able to change my lifestyle, slow down & learn patience, just like Sasha! Power Pooches has a range of dog training related services to help all pooch families. Each session is tailored for your dog's needs. The range of sessions can help with the following issues: Reactivity to dogs/people Separation anxiety Fear anxiety Over excitement Unable to settle Car/motorbike anxiety Over protective of people/home Issues with rescues Barking/Howling Fear playmate.
