  Overall standard pretty good although some small touches that let the job down. Professional communication & presentation. Some confusion about the cost - 2 cleaners assigned however it was not clarified that the cost would then be x 2. Would consider re-hiring but would be much more specific about expectations.

  They are very professional and detailed. The site inspection is good as it sets expectations of cost verse what you need. I had a budget of $20p/h but they talked me through what that would include and then based on my needs they build me a cleaning plan to suit my budget. That way ensuring I get exactly what I want and within budget. Its the first time anyone has ever taken the time and effort to ensure they meet my expectation. Then on top of that they are friendly and polite and their products are environmentally friendly. I couldn't be happier with my Posh Polishers!
