Customer service will always be to the highest possible standard, and more importantly your fur baby’s welfare and health will always comes first. Only gentle, high quality products used.

• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  Size and breed of pooch. Time since last groom (if applicable). Do you regularly brush/comb. Any matting. Any history of aggressive or anxious behaviour. Any conditions dog may have (if applicable, ie allergies). Flea preventative up-to-date.
