  Update: I called back for a chance to resolve. Lady picked up and I said i am returning her missed calls (3 times with voicemail asking me to call back whenever i can), she said she is not sure why she called me and thanks, bye. I tried to call again twice to explain i’m calling to resolve this review and got cancelled straight out both times. JOKE. Called to look for Hayley to enquire about property management service as there were good reviews on her service. Got hung up (not Hayley but someone else whom picked up the phone) when I said I didn’t what she was saying.

  Hey Jess, We have reviewed all phone calls we have no calls at all from you we are so confused. Hayley has a 4 year old son maybe he answered her phone? In saying that we have reviewed all phone calls answered or missed and have no record of your number. This is extremely stressful for us as we work so hard to maintain a positive customer service and happy clients which im sure you have seen we have many. Please remove this review and call us again or provide us your details so we can call you and discuss. To have someone who has never experienced our service bring down our google rating that we have worked the last 5 years to build up over something that has been completely outside our control extremely upsetting and we would really like the opportunity to resolve this with your urgently and show you why we do have so many positive reviews from our clients.

  Platinum Property are professional in what they do. In my opinion I wouldn't hesitate to use their services. Lisa who is managing my property is great, I feel I have my back covered and she is very dependable and takes great pains to look after my interests. I would also like to recommend Hayley for the purchase aspects She has a wealth of knowledge on the market and has a can do and adaptable attitude which is refreshing. Kudos to Platinum for providing superior and professional services.

  Myself and my boyfriend have been renting with Platinum Property since March this year and it has been nothing but great! They have been there no matter what time or day it is if we needed anything at all. We are first time renters (moved from Ireland) and the team was incredibly supportive, guiding us through each step of the process. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. When we asked to extend our lease, they surprised us by decreasing our rent, which was a wonderful gesture. Highly recommend Platinum Property to anyone looking to rent!

The property manager exhibited poor communication skills, and his instructions were often unclear. Despite our efforts to establish effective communication, we frequently felt blamed for the issues we encountered.   We have had an investigation into your recent review and this has uncovered that you are falsely representing yourself and providing misleading information. This behaviour not only misleads the public but also constitutes defamation. Your actions carry serious legal implications, and we request that you remove your review within 10 days. If you fail to comply, we will pursue legal action to protect our interests and seek damages for the harm caused to our reputation. Whilst we appreciate you are upset with our agency, I would be very happy to meet with you for a coffee to better discuss this with you. This is not the right platform or way to go about this.
