What are your terms and conditions that may effect additional charge to your quote eg damages to vehicle, spilled drinks and waiting time.

We find customers main question is "how Much". After being in the industry for 10 years I would suggest more important questions like asking what type of vehicle do you have ? How old is it ? What colour is it? What is included in your quote eg champagne, ribbons do you charge corkage ?

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We require a date, time of pick up, number of passengers, pick up address, if a return transfer is required if so time of return transfer and drop off address, along with a mobile contact phone number.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Weddings are charged for a minimum 2 hour hire in our 12 seater "Monster" stretched Limousine and our Lexus LS 430 sedan. All other transfers are price on application.
