Preparation, co-ordination and submission of development applications to local councils including consultation and negotiation with council officers to achieve desired outcomes. The preparation of professional objection letters to local councils on behalf of property owners affected by neighbouring proposed development Preparation of SEPP No.1 objections/Clause 4.6 statements in relation to proposed non-compliances with Council development standards.
