  Yes. We are insured and styles are discussed before grooms begin. We will not dematt all dogs as it can be painful, so in some instances the hair will need to be cut short but that will be discussed at the time.

• Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

  We work with your dogs to achieve a practical, cute groom and use positive reinforcement to help your dogs feel relaxed and happy. We work with every breed and age and have several regular special need dogs e.g. Epileptic or allergies. We use quality Australian products and are fully insured.
