My service is fully insured against the unlikely hood of any problems encountered by the customer as a result of the massage provided. My results as a result of my service speaks for itself having no customer complaints after 14 years plus.

I was looking for a rewarding occupation in which I could help people. I was told I was good with my hands so I decided to look into Massage Therapy which I have found most rewarding

There are many but there is a recent customer story I would like to share. Firstly you need to understand that my service provides pain management as part of a variety of treatments. A current client was referred to me by a Doctor for pain management. As a result of my treatment I am extremely happy for my customer because he has been able to cut his dosage of daily pain tablets in half

The most rewarding aspect of my job is not only the feeling of satisfaction that I was able to successfully help somebody in any way but to feel the happiness in my customer when he receives benefit from my service

The customer should be asking for the service providers qualification which in my profession should be a minimum of Certificate 4 in Massage Therapy at TAFE and they should be asking for experience in  areas relating to there problem

Can you help me with my particular situation. At the first point of contact I get the customer to explain to me everything that is relevant to there situation so that I can provide them with the best possible service

My honesty, integrity and having my customers needs are my highest and only priority not only whenever they are being treated but from the moment of first contact till the moment of last contact.

My customers come first. I believe you pay for what you get. My service is all about customer satisfaction. If I cannot provide any form of relief for my customers I tell them up front.

I need to know the length of service the customer requires and the location the customer requires the service to be held and also how many people the service is for.

1. Tell me everything about your situation over the phone. 2. Do not take any pain management tablets before seeing me as this will decrease the effectiveness of your treatment. 3. Cash payment

My customers are paying for the best results Possible that Remedial Massage can provide for their particular needs. I tell my customers over the phone if I can help them which saves them time and money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I discuss my customers needs and advise them whether I can help them or not. If I can I charge $75 per hr to come to me at North Wollongong or $130 per hr for a mobile service.

Sports injuries is one area in Remedial Massage that I specialise in. I currently massage a range of athletes from all sports including many elite athletes of all ages that represent there state and country. Some of my customers have included players from the AUSTRALIAN WARATAHS RUGBY UNION team, the 2014 AUSTRALIA N WOMENS O50s FIELD HOCKEY TEAM and our  WOLVES soccer team and our HAWKS basketball team. 14 years experience in sports and workers compensation and relaxation massage.

I have over 16 years experience in the Massage Therapy industry specialising in both SPORTS injuries and WORKERS COMPENSATION  with outstanding results. I graduated with DISTiNCTION at TAFE obtaining a DIPLOMA  of HEALTH SCIENCE (HEALTH SCIENCE).
