Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are fully insured and have complete public liability.  All of our trades also have full insurance and public liability.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We started out doing general handyman work and grew from there.  We recognised there was a high number of the population that wanted to upgrade their homes or rental properties rather than selling so we restructured our business to suit these clients.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We have lots of funny client stories but the favourite one would be that we are now doing works for the children of clients. We have seen the children grow up and purchase their own property and we now are helping them with their renovations. The longevity we have with our clients is our best story.

Your home is normally the biggest investment you will make.  To be given the opportunity help improve on such an important investment is a privilege.  To see the final outcome of a project and have happy clients is the best part of our work.

Previous Experience and evidence of past works completed.  Can references be provided.  Are all their tradespeople qualified. Can Police Clearances be provided.

How long will the works take to complete.  In all instances we can give our clients our estimated time frame which varies from job to job.  In most cases works are completed on time.  Obviously there will always be unforseen delays on some projects. Our clients are updated regularly if delays occur.

A detailed scope of the works you would like to have completed.  Supporting photos are also very helpful.  Any additional information you may have about the property ie., age of the property, any previous renovation works that may have been undertaken.

The most important thing for our clients to do before work commences is ensure the area is clear of all furniture and personal effects.  This way our team can come in and start the renovation process without any unnecessary delays.

Unlike other companies, we want to help you save money. If we believe something doesn’t need to be done, we will tell you. We want you to have to best possible outcome on your renovation for the best price possible.

After a number of site meetings we will provide you with a detailed quote.  If this quoted price is accepted by the client we will then arrange for a payment schedule prior to works commencing.

We currently employ a qualified builder, experienced carpenters and painters as well as a highly experienced group of trade contractors and project managers.
