• How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

  To assist you with saving money we encourage all customers to do the following: 1) Ensure you have a recent backup of all your files. There are many options such as using an external USB hard disk, or an online cloud based backup service. Contact us today for advice, or alternatively ask one of our technicians whilst they're onsite with you. 2) A large portion of internet connectivity issues can be resolved by resetting your modem. To do this, simply find your modem/router and unplug the power cord for 5 seconds, then reconnect it. 3) Have you tried resetting your computer? Resettting your computer clears out the memory and can improve system performance and general usability. 4) When requesting a quote please be as specific as possible. Include information such as whether your using a desktop computer or a laptop computer. Note any brands and model numbers you can find. If your getting error messages appearing, write down or take note of the exact message and any other codes mentioned.

• How do you normally charge for your service?

  Pricing is charged on a per hour rate of $130.00 plus GST. Whilst no call out fees are applicable, for onsite work a minimum of 1 hour applies and increments of 30 minutes there after. Remote or phone support is billed with a minimum of 15 minutes and is charged in 15 minute increments there after.
