1.Move furniture in the centre or the rooms.  2. Take down blinds 3. Be clear as to wether floors are being replaced after painting as this impacts on drop sheeting or plasticking of surfaces. 4. Time frame ( when does the Jon need commencing. 5. Don't do any preparation prior to paint works. This is usually a part of the price in a painting project. If a client completes their own preparation it can have an impact on the price if it isn't completed properly.
