I wanted to help change the life of time poor people that were sick of wasting money at the gym and receiving no guidance. I wanted to help educate clients showing them the benefits of exercise and mobility work. Through Personal Training Direct thousands of people have been successfully helped.

I enjoy helping people change their life. So many clients I come across are doing all the wrong things but just don't know any better. Through educating the client and teaching them how to train correctly I see great results. This is why I love this industry.

How much do you charge?   All of our trainers set their own rates, we are not the cheapest service out there, but we believe that you pay for quality and if this means substituting a couple of coffee's a week to make use of a fantastic trainer  then we can work for you.
