  I work with Veterans' Affairs clients and have used PIP for many years. They have completed small jobs, such as installing rails and hand held shower hoses to major modifications such as ramps. Brad and his team have always been approachable and as helpful as they can be; beyond the call of duty at times. Their work is of high quality and meet Australian Standards.

  Working as Building Consultant on shared projects with PIP, you are immediately at ease with the empathy and understanding they have with not just disability, but all of the regulatory requirements around complex bathroom (and other home) modifications. Along with clinicians and other specialist trades and consultants they may be involved with on any project, PIP strive for the same shared client outcomes and maintain respect for the client throughout the process.
