• What makes your pricing competitive?

  Because our studio is for Personal training only there are no join up fees so you only pay for the sessions you do. And our PT sessions are 40 minutes for the same price or less than our competitors are charging for 30 minutes. So we make sure you are properly warmed up before commencing the conditioning phase of the session and stretched at the completion of every session.
