Our inspiration comes from our professional background. Our aim is to connect young people with the community around them through instructional dance, competitive games and general participation.

Yes, I had been running the castles at a local market. Due to increased business, I told the market manager that I would not be able to attend the market before Christmas. The market manager then hired another company and the customers complained to the market manager that they preferred the way I interacted and managed the children. Since then the market manager has contacted me and I am now back at the local market running the jumping castle.

What do you like most about your job?

I love interacting with the children. Most children like competitive games and I enjoy creating team games on the spot. This way everyone can compete without feeling any type of embarrassment.

If they are hiring an inflatable without supervision, then they should ask, "what would be a suitable castle for my child's birthday party"? They should then go on to tell me if it is for a boy or a girl and the age of the child.

Most customers ask me, "how do you remember all the children's names"? It is very funny because I have trouble remembering what I had for dinner last night. However, when I am on the job I can identify something special about each child and therefore remember their names.

We care about our customers. We love hearing that the party was a success because of our inflatable. In order to do this we need to clean and maintain all of our equipment. We also need to understand what the customer requires, the time of delivery and the surroundings of the location. In order to get this right we need to communicate effectively before the day of the party.

Our castles are cleaned after every hire out. We confirm the job with a phone call the night before delivery. We are very amenable with delivery and pick up times. Our customer service is impeccable.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We need to know what suburb you are in. Then we need to know if we can drive up to the location to dispatch the castle. We need to know if power is available or do we need a generator. We need to know if the castle will be erected on cement or grass. We need to know this so that we can bring the right securing equipment to keep the castle secure. We also need to know if there are any small gates or lane ways that we will need to trolly the castle through. Finally we need to know the date of the event or party.

We offer very current and new jumping castles. They are always cleaned after every jump. Our pricing is very competitive and inline with other companies.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our castles range from $250 to $450 depending on the size of the castle. If you require supervision of the castle, obstacle course or inflatable then a qualified attendant will cost an extra $40 per hour.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I have a very friendly personality. I talk to all the children and ask them their names. I am a registered teacher and have a current police check. Children feel very safe when I am organising and running activities and games.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I am a qualified P.E. teacher. I also work with disengaged children who need encouragement to participate in structured games and activities. Most children like to be identified, feel safe and know that someone is in charge of the activity. I always display these attributes when I am running games and activities on our inflatables.
