There were a few areas I felt could have been improved on. Also, cleaner left without saying goodbye, or checking with me if there was anything else. Also, I was told the first clean was double the time, but only took under 4 hours. Still paying full amount quoted, but there was no communication at the end.21 Nov 2021
Hi Jennifer, Sorry to hear you feel that way. Unfortunately we do mop ourselves to and out the front door once finished without travelling back over wet floors, I also thought there was clear communication throughout your clean and fairly priced at 3.5hrs.Jeremy Y
