  We are a small business and have had a complex situation with a difficult individual, having Peninsula as part of our team was a huge help. We used their Face to Face team in this process (Nigel), and found him compassionate and direct however had further issues and went to Fair Work. The lawyer assigned to us (Rikki from Irwell Law) at Fair Work better understood our situation and reloved this matter at conciliation. I found Rikki awesome to work with, she is professional and thourough and would highly reccomend Irwell Law.
