Yes we are an insured business and we provide different guarantees for our service. For example, providing and installing a brand new computer will guarantee you a 1 year warranty, where as a general computer service, we provide 3 months guarantee.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Weve been playing around with computers at a young age, starting with playing games to eventually learning how to troubleshoot them, and thats when we decided to start a business out of it.

My favorite story would be this one time i was at a customers house and their computer wouldnt turn on, so i tried unplugging a bunch of cables and plugging them back in, only to soon find out that the power switch was turned off. Sometimes its the most simplest thing!

Figuring out all sorts of computer issues is what i like most about my job, and also the satisfaction and smile on the customers face after i fix the issue, or provide an alternative if i cannot fix the issue.

The customer should ask any and all questions that come to their mind, and if the service man can answer them all with extreme detail then they know that they have hired the right professional!

The most common questions are: -How do you i get virus'? By opening virus infected emails or by browsing unsafe websites. -Why is my computer running slow? Because it has too much temporary files, programs, possibly virus' and processes running at the same time. -What is the best antivirus? This usually changes per year when antivirus' became better than what they were the previous year.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

For starters, we make it a point to be always on time at the customers residence, if we are running late or got held up at a previous appointment, we call in advance to make sure the customer is OK with our delay. We have been working in this business for the past 20 years and were not getting anywhere anytime soon.

Because we provide personalized and onsite friendly service leaving the customer smiling. We come to your home, diagnose the problem and have spare parts available with us to fix your problem on the spot.

The information we require usually consists of: -What issue the customer is having with their computer. -If they would like to buy a new computer, the specifications of the new computer. -How old the computer is.

-A lot of problems are solved by simply rebooting the computer, this will save the customer a lot of time and money.  -Ask the customer if their computer is still under warranty, if so, they can get it repaired/ replaced for free.  -Ask the customer if it is OK for us to connect to their computer remotely to fix their issue.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Accepted Answer

For starters, we have no call out fee like most others do and our pricing is average compared to other competitors, if not a lot cheaper. Because we have no call out fee, You wont be out of pocket if the job is a simple fix.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We usually charge $100 for the first hr and a half of service, and then $50 for every hour after that. However, if the job is quick and easy and were only on site for 5-10 mins, we'll only charge the customer $50.

We cover all windows desktop and laptop repairs, we however do not cover mac/apple computers. We provide some support for the tablets and mobile phones such as connected your device to a wireless network.
