  Got quoted $99 an hour GST inclusive . For two hours plus 1/2 hour travel that works out to $247.50. We did 2.5 hours and I got charged $372 (incl GST) See you in VCAT

  Hi, we want to clarify that our quoted rate was $99 per hour GST inclusive, as you mentioned. For the 2.5 hours of service that you received, the total charge should have been $247.50. As per our records, you were charged $272 after the job not $372 it was all because the confusion among movers about the GST on Bill. However, I tried to contact you through multiple calls but your number is on Voicemail.
