Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes I have liability insurance and my work is 100% guaranteed. If any issues or if customer has concerns I will revisit and resolve issue. (This does not include New hardware issues or components that have failed.)

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

It was initially a hobby and I thought why not do something I like and make it in to a career. And then did a 2 year course at Spherion School of Technology and the rest is history.

Had a customer that had a failed Nas and had gone through other companies and they failed to retrieve data. I was able to retrieve all data though persistence and knowledge of recovery software,,, This was 10 years worth of company data. Now I am regular support for this company..

Solving complex situations with companies and individuals and doing this gives me personal satisfaction.So it is considered one of my personal goals.

What do they guarantee.? Have they got Liability insurance and what experience do they have,  Sometimes going for the cheapest quote does not mean is the best choice.

The price and what is involved.  My price is an hourly rate and initial diagnose is 1-2 hours. And this is enough to determine issue and resolving it. And of course if it is worth it. And salvaging all data is one of a priorities.

I have worked in the IT Industry for Nearly 20 Years. Have worked for companies such as Telstra, Fujitsu, Fuji Xerox, Landmark, Toyota, BP and a lot more. Worked as a server and network engineer. Desktop Engineer and pretty much all areas.  Dealt with software and hardware issues.

Any many cases most issues can be either hard drive or software especially start up issues. So initial diagnose is required. In these cases only an hourly rate is quoted.

Model and type is listed. Exact error is mentioned rather just generic report as PC faulty and when and how this issue started. After windows update or application install.
