How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My dad owned the business and at the age of 3 he bought me my first motorbike. I was always around cars and motorbikes. At the age of 14 i built my first car. At the age of 27 i took over as dad retired.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

A customer had electrical issue that was dealt with from another mechanic. Spending $880 replacing an alternator and battery on a VW Golf, the problem still not fixed he decided to give me a call.  For only $30 the problem was fixed. The wire between the alternator and battery was burnt out.

We love our cars and our motorbikes. We love all types of engines and we love diagnosing a problem and getting it fixed to our customers satisfaction.

The questions a customer should ask is Will there be an extra fee for any extras? Will the price change once the job has started? What parts and what quality of parts will be used in a job?

Most questions that customers ask is "Will it be ok until next service?" Why do they ask that? Because if a part does not need to be changed we do not change it until next service which saves the customer money.

Being an enthusiast we strive to give our best in everything we do. All parts that we replace we keep aside to show our customers. Before replacing any part that has not been authorized we give our customer a call and let them know.

We need to know as much detail about the vehicle as possible.  Make and Model as well as engine code (if possible) Petrol or Diesel Year Model and Automatic or Manual so we can give an exact quote.

3 ways to save money: 1. We do not charge for diagnostic checks.  2. We do not change any other parts unless the customer knows and is happy to replace the extra parts.  3. A fixed price will not change unless an agreement is made.

We normally charge for our service a locked in cap price service for all onelare and online customers.  We also charge an hourly rate depending on the job thats been quoted.

We specialize in Alfa Romeo and Fiat. I have worked for Holden and Hyundai and our workshop scanner has up to date programs for all european vehicles as well as japanese.
