What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
The most common questions we generally receive from new Landlords are as follows: 1. Who will actually be looking after my property? A. You and your property will be looked after by Paula Fysh, she is the business owner and the lead property manager, there is no staff turnover so you will always have the same point of contact. 2. How many inspections do you and do you actually do them and provide reports? A. We do a maximum of 4 routine maintenance inspections each year, A written report with photos is sent to you within two weeks. You are welcome to attend any or all inspections and we will advise you when they are scheduled well in advance. 3. How long will it take to rent our property? A. Provided the property is presented in a clean and well maintained manner and the rent rate set is within the bounds of the current market rate, it will generally take up to a maximum of three weeks to find a suitable tenant. Properties that are extremely well presented and well priced often secure new tenants after the first Open for Inspection. 4. How often will you show my Property to prospective tenants? A. We scheduled "Open For Inspections" throughout the week and on weekends, and if required inspections are conducted for individuals who cannot be available at the scheduled times set.
