  a bad experience, I ended up paying for the clean and carpets to be completed again when my realestate found the clean not up to standard. items were damaged from incorrect products, etc. when I asked about fixing the issues or refunds, I was told to get a life and move on.

  We would like to respectfully clarify the circumstances regarding this review. The bond clean was completed to real estate standard, including professional carpet cleaning by an experienced technician. We regularly work with property managers and are familiar with the inspection requirements and expectations for bond cleans. The property was left clean and ready for inspection at the time of completion. As outlined in our initial booking email, clients are advised not to carry out additional cleaning, remove appliances, or alter the property after completion, as this may affect the final condition and our workmanship guarantee. After the job was finalised, the client returned to the property, removed furniture and appliances, and carried out additional cleaning using her own products before the property manager conducted the official inspection. Our re-clean policy applies once the property manager completes the inspection and issues the exit report. In this case, the exit report was issued four days later. We were not given the opportunity to attend for a re-clean prior to further action being taken. It is also important to note that bond cleaning follows property manager guidelines. Specialist services such as full oven restoration or technical appliance repairs fall outside the standard scope of a general bond clean. We stand by our documented process, our service inclusions, and the professional standards we maintain for the many real estate agencies and clients we continue to serve.
