  If I could give PADinspections 6 starts I would. I was passed on the details of Pad Inspections from a friend as I was unsure about the purchase of my first home. from the first chat with Phil from Pad I felt that I had made the right decision in engaging them to do a full building and pest inspection as the block of apartments was built in 1960. Phil booked in my inspection, contacted the agents to gain access and inspected the apartment without me needing to be involved. Phil called me the moment he left the inspection to give me a complete rundown on the whole in section. Phil was incredibly thorough, detailed and thought of things I would not have asked him to check. I was then sent a fantastic detailed report the next day which was the best money I could have spent pre the auction. Phil was incredibly generous with his time and helped me navigate the report and explained everything in detail. I would absolutely recommend PADinspections to anyone considering a property report. • Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  Yes I am fully insured and I guarantee all my work. If you call, I will happily provide my Certificate of Currency for you to examine.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  As often with manual labour, my body started to give on me. I currently go to regular osteopath sessions for my back and shoulders. I also wanted a change. And working for myself has its perks when you have a young family.
