I'm not quite sure! Morteza was friendly and knowledgeable. He came, and rebuilt the computer (new CPU, power unit, motherboard etc) which cost $1722, a sum others have told me is perfectly reasonable. But the problem was the monitor, not the box. The next day it crashed again, and I had to spend $300 on a new monitor, and I still don't know whether the $1700 was necessary. I had follow-up questions, and eventually had to bring in another computer technician to solve these.Allan J
