My gas usage had increased greatly over the last few months so I wanted to get the systems checked. Brendan called me, turned up on time, was very friendly and helpful, diagnosed a gas leak, checked the gas line joints, ruled out the central heating and said he could not isolate the stove and oven without installing taps on them as they were so old that they did not have regulators. He came back a second time to do this, checked the whole gas line, and tracked the leak down to the oven. On his third visit he installed a regulator on the stove and disconnected the gas to the oven so I could replace it with an electric one. He was careful and thorough, explained everything and got the whole job done quickly.
