About Orita's 2
Orita's Japanese Fusion Cuisine was named after my family name and was officially opened to the general public on 16th January 2001.
My dream since the age of 15 was to have my own restaurant in the country I love most. I decided that this country was to be Australia when I came here for the first time. This was twenty years ago when I first visited Australia to do market research for the Hyatt International. Then eight years later I had the opportunity to be back again to do the opening set up of Hyatt Regency Adelaide Shiki Restaurant as the Area Japanese Chef for Hyatt Asia Pacific.
