I felt there was lack of service and lack of communication in pest control device ,even after having pest control at my place then from next day I started having rodent issue in my home and when I contacted the pest control person then he wanted me to charge more for rodent control.sorry overall experience was not good.Thanks!!12 Aug 2015
As always I appreciate the feedback however I find it very unfair that you have made false comments, on the day of the inspection I notified you of a rodent issue in the roof, I even took photographs of the rodent activity and explained the risks of not treating. The price quoted was because I was on site. You chose not to go ahead with any rodent treatment as you clearly stated you wanted to wait and see. You called me one week later to say that you had rats chew through water pipe in your ceiling, the price then quoted was to cover my travelling and material cost to come back. I challenge you to go and get quotes from other pest controllers and you will appreciate that my 80.00 is well below normal costs.Glenn
