All our photographers are insured for damage to  property and we guarantee or quality, if you are not happy as long as the home was prepared for the photo shoot and you are not just changing the time of day we will retake the photos as needed.

You only have one chance to attract buyers to your listing and you need great photos to do it. Open2view is a leader in Real Estate photography. We deal with many of the major agencies and we deliver what we say...great photos and floorplans!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Location, size of the property ie; two BR unit or house. What the require from the services we provide; photos, floorplan etc and a choice of times in case the weather is not suitable.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

We can email out an information sheet detailing what we would like done before we arrive to take the photos. They are simple things but they make the whole process a lot quicker and easier for all.

Wev offer specials to suite the season. It maybe twilight shoots in summer, or a free service in winter when traditionally the market is quieter...so it depends on the time of year.

There's nothing truer in this business than you get what you pay for. We may not be the cheapest but we do not learn on the job or think we know how to be a photographer just because you  get a camera for Xmas.

How do you normally charge for your service?

If a vendor is dealing through an agent will will work with the agent and we will invoice the agency on a 7 day account. If we are dealing with a vender selling their own home then they need to pay on the day of the job.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Real Estate photography , whether it is a small unit or a large house I give them the same service and attention to detail. Choosing the right angle to best show a property at its best is very important.

I've been in the business for ten years and have over 100,000 hours on the job. I have the knowledge and the skills and the photographers I work with are all fully trained to deliver you the highest standard of service available.
