I used this company for a full removal and storage service, with my belongings collected, stored for around six months, and then delivered to a new address. The initial experience was excellent — the quote process was smooth, the pick-up was professional, and billing during the storage period was consistent and well managed. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was a completely different story. The team arrived late with no proactive communication, which meant I had taken a day off work unnecessarily while waiting for updates. When they did arrive, they didn’t have the tools required to reassemble furniture, which should be standard for this type of service. Communication during the day was poor. The office was difficult to contact, receiving messages from Aaron telling me he was in a conference. From a customer perspective, it simply felt unmanaged. The delivery staff themselves were polite but clearly frustrated, which suggested internal issues rather than a one-off problem. It’s disappointing because the service started so well. With better communication and basic preparation at delivery, this would have been a very positive experience overall.Helena M

A bumpy experience for an interstate move which did end up being a bit stressful for me. While the pickup was smooth and on time, the delivery of my goods was quite delayed (over a week and the driver arrived at 9:30pm) with one item damaged and one missing (subsequently delivered another 2 weeks later). An unfortunate experience (likely not helped with Xmas / new year) - I did appreciate the assistance of James and Aaron with seeking to resolve the issues with the move. I understand there has been significant actions taken to seek to ensure this doesn’t happen again.Emmylee H

I had a great experience with Ontime Movers. They organised a truck for me at short notice and on a Sunday, which really took the stress out of moving. The team was professional, efficient, respectful, and polite, and they got everything packed, moved, and unloaded incredibly quickly. Would definitely use them again.Terri C

Jamie was very efficient, polite he handled my quote professionally. When the men came out they work very hard and carefully moving my furniture in hot conditions. I would recommend Ontime movers and storage for anyone thinking of moving.Theresa N

Hi Theresa. You had called at 8am and our arrival window was 7-9am. We had a driver off sick and you didn’t give us the have to remedy the situation, you chose to publically slander us on social media. You then cancelled us with no notice. First time for everything. Unfortunately it’s pretty sad that you couldn’t give us the time to try to fix the situation. Hope your other movers looked after you!
