Hired them for an end of lease clean which was meant to include inside of windows - they didn't even touch them. Or half the walls or oven racks. Cleaning was pretty average. I tried to complain but they said it was my fault for not checking the cleaners work! :-/Clarence

Okay for a general house clean but not thorough enough for an end of lease clean. Still a lot of dust and dirt on window sills/ledges/doorframes/skirting boards that I had to go back and clean myself. Some windows and walls also had not been cleaned,and there were still a lot of cobwebs. When I questioned one wall that had lots of dirty marks on it, the cleaner assured me that he had tried but could not get the marks off. When I went back and tried myself the marks came off easily. Some great work on oven, many windows, floors and carpets but a bit disappointing overall.Lynne D
