Sometimes clients exclude a certain section of the house renovation scope to save cost but in our experience, they get often thrown back in when we are on site as they witness the transformation of their new paint makeover. Additional work being requested by our clients is a common thing!

1. Moving furniture and covering items takes time.  2. Having other trades on site or only partial areas ready prolongs the job. A job is done most efficiently for us and a client in one go, in and out with the least disruptions. 3. Most are not aware that prep work tasks often more time than the actual painting, so the job cost will depend on the current state as well as working conditions.

We have always priced competitive and therefore our quotes are very detailed, so the client can decided on what they want included or excluded to fit their budget.
