How many square metres. If there is any loose grout in brick work or pavers. Any cracks in stone work etc. Height of retaining walls and fences. Distance from front of property.

Clean away any leaves or branches. Move furniture out of the way. Allow easy access to my vehicle. Nothing too much as you are already saving money compared to other prices.

Low overheads. We do not have large advertising costs, marketing team costs and we have management costs.  I like to give back to the community via lower costs and great service

We charge by the square metre so if it takes us longer to do the job you will not have an extra charge. No hidden fees or charges at the end of the job.
