Yes fully Insured and we guaranteed work. We pride ourselves on providing the best service we can and ensure all customers are happy with work. A clearance certificate is supplied after all jobs of more than 10 sq metres, so we are not only accountable to customers we are accountable to Qld WorkSafe

What do you like most about your job?

Meeting and helping people.  I also like to educate customers on how to treat asbestos, how to save them money on occasions but live safely with asbestos.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Do they hold a licence and are fully Insured? Do they have all the mandatory equipment for asbestos removal? eg EPA approved vacuum cleaner.  Do you use power tools in removal of Asbestos? (this should be a big NO)

Am I licenced and Insured?  Yes we are fully insured and licenced, I also show the customer all documentation.  I also send documentation by email or message if required.

We will give you a detailed and honest quote and talk over the quote with you, we will give you options on asbestos removal or encapsulation.  We will explain the process and answer any questions you may have. We also are police checked.

NFAS will give you an honest answer to any question you may have. We are qualified, licenced to complete work and transport materials and comply with all Queensland Government regulations.

Pull out fixtures and fittings from bathrooms and kitchens Pull off skirtings and trims  Remove any furniture or personal items from working space

What makes your pricing competitive?

We believe in charging a fair fee. Our fees include clearance certificate for over 10 sq m as required by Qld government.  Unfortunately tipping fees are based on Tipping Facilities and out of your control, but you will get a fair price based on needs.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Depending on Asbestos type walls and ceilings generally approx $25 a sq metre. Super 6 fencing $35 a sq metre as it is heavier to dispose of.  We only dispose at Qld regulated Waste Facilities.

All NFAS staff had white cards and CPCCWHS1001. We are fully trained in Class B asbestos removal.  We have been working across Brisbane, North Brisbane, Gold Coast and Gympie areas for 18 months.  We are skilled in removing internal walls and ceilings in bathrooms, kitchens and full house renos
