At Nolte Property our business is completely mobile, we believe property management should be about us being of service to our landlords and our tenants. We conduct all our appointments in a location convenient to our landlords, in your home, a local café or if you have small children your local play centre or park. We also believe the mobility of our agency works perfectly for tenants as well, we believe in having an exceptional relationship with our tenants. We conduct all tenant meetings in person and believe in signing the lease on site at the rental home, handing over the condition report, keys and lease on the spot.
