We use a fixed-fee structure for our packages, providing you with certainty and to assist you in planning your finances better. Our full-service packages start at $100.00 per month, which includes all the standard services you are familiar with, plus some added inclusions at no extra charge to you (such as, emergency repairs, fire alarm inspections etc). Marketing & Renting Approach With the growth of online listings in today's market, our approach is to offer you the best value for money by leveraging those marketplaces. We offer a fixed fee letting and marketing fee structure (so that you don't have to give away weeks of your rental income to your property management team). We believe that providing an exceptional property management experience to the tenants is fundamentally important to you – because if there is no one renting out the property, no one gets paid. So, in that light, we take a very customer-centric approach to our tenant relationships. We also offer a number of tenant packages, to help make their life a little simpler as well through their rental journey.
