We are insured with public liability,  our products are guaranteed by our suppliers and the work itself is perfected by  us. Floor sanding is a difficult service to guarantee. Our finished product is the guarantee!

The most important question to ask is, what product will we be using on your floor, as we use low VOC non toxic coatings, and this is the most important aspect to your job. This is the final finish for your floor!

The most important thing we need to know is the size of the job, so an onsite measure and inspection is required. The type of timber, the state ( old or new) and the finish you would like (stain or clear)

With timber floors, the saving could be in the prep, remove carpets yourself and the staples , if you have old carpet. if the floor is old and needs repairing, have a handyman do them first. Have a clean floor before we arrive.

Our pricing is competitive, however we offer a quality service and our pricing reflects the service we offer with exceptional finishes.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We normally charge as a sqm rate, however the rate depends on the work required as some floors require more or less work in order to prepare them for sanding.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialize in Water based polyurethane coatings which are low in VOC, non toxic and looks much better on the floor and stain.
